GECIS IT Services · SpidaSoft India
Where I learned how real users break things: tickets, remote support, imaging and the first knowledge base I built.
Cloud · Security · AI infrastructure · Bengaluru
25 years of infrastructure. Now pointed at AI.
I build the cloud, identity and security foundation that lets companies put AI into production safely, and I use AI to run IT operations faster. Scroll through the 25 years that built it — right up to what it powers now.

Eleven chapters, eleven crumpled pages. Pick one up, unfold it, throw it back.

2001 – 2005
GECIS IT Services · SpidaSoft India
Where I learned how real users break things: tickets, remote support, imaging and the first knowledge base I built.
2005 – 2011
Microsoft GTSC · Goldman Sachs · Tesco · AOL
Designed and ran Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange and clusters for global teams, including a single-forest design for Tesco.
2011 – 2014
Zynga Game Networks · IT Solutions Consultant
Built VMware farms on bare metal for QA, QE and production, then provisioned AWS IaaS with DevOps tooling.
2014 – 2016
Microsoft Support Engineer · Bangalore (MIPL contract)
Supported Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365, ran root-cause analysis on customer issues, and validated patches before they shipped.
2016 – 2018
Sr Specialist Advisor · Bangalore
Operated Windows Server, AD, Group Policy and Exchange, supported Hyper-V virtualization and SQL backup recovery, and scripted Cisco Meraki network automation.
2018 – 2019
Cloud Infra & DevOps SA · Berlin team, remote from Bangalore
Built Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for every microservice, a Docker and Kubernetes development environment, and DUO-based identity alongside Intune and G Suite.
2019 – 2020
IT Manager · Bangalore
Led AWS and Azure projects with Okta and OnLogin identity, Intune endpoint management, XDR threat detection, Forcepoint data protection and a hybrid datacenter.
2020 – 2021
IT Systems Solutions Architect · UCaaS for enterprises and MSPs
Handled escalated cases and root-cause analysis across Microsoft 365, networking and Azure and AWS compute projects, and wrote the knowledge base behind them.
2021 – 2023
Associate Director, IT Infrastructure · CIOG
Owned multi-cloud and datacenter operations, ITSM, endpoint security, compliance, vulnerability management and BCP/DR for enterprise customers.
2023 – 2025
PE Design & Implementation · a Coretelligent company
Architected AWS, Azure and GCP for MSP clients, built DLP and compliance programs, ran VMware and global service delivery, and led a team of up to five engineers.
2025 – now
IT Ops Manager · US remote
Delivers enterprise AWS, Azure and GCP architectures with infrastructure as code, leads on-prem to multi-cloud migrations, and enforces Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and Zero Trust.
Now · AI-ready cloud
Most AI pilots stall on the unglamorous parts: landing zones, identity, networking, cost control and data access. I build that foundation on AWS, Azure and GCP with infrastructure as code, so model endpoints and data pipelines go live inside the guardrails your security team already trusts.
[DRAFT: replace with a real AI platform you built, for example "Stood up Azure OpenAI for N users behind private endpoints"]
Now · Secure AI
Assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT only get approved when security can answer one question: who can reach what? I put them behind the controls I have run for years: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP and audit logging. Adoption gets faster and the data stays yours.
[DRAFT: replace with a real AI governance or rollout you led, and the number of users or tenants]
Now · AI-assisted operations
Alerts, tickets and runbooks are the best place to start with AI. An agent reads the signals, proposes a fix and writes the change note, and an engineer approves it. I design these workflows around ITSM and ServiceNow with approval gates, so every action is logged and reversible.
[DRAFT: replace with a real automation you shipped and the time or cost it saved. The console on the right is an illustrative scenario, not a client case]
Skills · Constellations
Levels are self-rated: upper intermediate, 4 of 5, across every cluster.
[DRAFT: edit the AI & automation cluster so it lists only the tools you really use]

Work with me
Landing zones, private model endpoints and data pipelines on AWS, Azure or GCP, built as code so they are repeatable.
Copilot, ChatGPT and internal assistants behind Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP and audit logging.
Alert triage, runbook automation and change notes with approval gates, wired into ITSM and ServiceNow.
On-prem to multi-cloud moves that raise resilience and cut provisioning time.
Intune and MDM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, MFA and Conditional Access tuned for usability.
DLP strategy, audit readiness, BCP and DR plans, and recovery runbooks that keep downtime short.
Current state, risks and goals, written down in plain language.
Target architecture, security model and infrastructure as code.
Migrate, operate and hand over with documented runbooks.
